While that being so, on 30.08.2019, the third respondent, who is the younger son got the signature of the petitioner and used the same illegally for creating a settlement deed in respect of the property belonging to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner had been left without care and now, the petitioner is residing with the elder son. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.06.2023, to the respondents 1 & 2, which is still pending consideration.
