Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Though the names of respondents 4 and 5 are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondents 4 and 5, who are the sons of the petitioner, have agreed to comply with the order passed by the second respondent and to pay maintenance to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each per month from the respondents 4 and 5 towards his maintenance. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission and considering the age of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents 4 and 5 to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each per month to the petitioner towards his maintenance on or before the 7th day of every English calendar month.
