Vijayakumar and Priyadarshini, who are the legal heirs of Late.K.Chellaiyanin in respect of R.S.No.8, Vaipadi Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 24.02.2020 and 12.04.2021 by appreciating the above stated facts. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted representations dated 24.02.2020 and 12.04.2021, requesting the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner and his children, namely Sathyabama, __________ Page2 of 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 5398 of 2023 Sanmugavadivu, Srinivasan, K.C. Vijayakumar, and Priyadarshini, who are the legal heirs of the late K. Chellaiyan, in respect of R.S. No. 8, Vaipadi Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District. However, the said representations have not been considered till date. Challenging this inaction on the part of the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representations of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed thereon in accordance with law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 3rd respondent / Tahsildar, Perundurai Taluk, to consider the petitioner's representations dated 24.02.2020 and 12.04.2021. The 3rd respondent, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and affording them an opportunity for a personal hearing, shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
