Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners preferred an appeal before the District Collector, Sivagangai District under Section 10 of the Act. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the appellate authority to dispose of the said appeal. 3.The learned Government Advocate submits that an enquiry is proposed to be conducted on 27.07.2026 and that final order would be passed within a period of three weeks thereafter. 4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
