The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, challenging the order of dismissal, the petitioner raised an industrial dispute before the Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli in I.D. No.4 of 2018. The Labour Court, by its award dated 13.12.2021, partly allowed the industrial dispute. However, despite the said award, the petitioner was not reinstated in service. 3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated in service on 30.04.2026 and the award passed by the Labour Court has since been implemented. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.21490 of 2023 4.
