It is also submitted that the first respondent preferred a petition seeking restoration and the same is pending.
2. In view of the dismissal of the main Domestic Violence complaint, the prayer in the revision has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to restore the same in case the main DV case is restored. No costs.
