In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present Criminal Original petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Crime number has been wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion as Crime No.220 of 2022 instead of Crime No.220 of 2023.
