Therefore, this Court posted the matter “for dismissal” on 16.06.2026. Subsequently, when this writ petition came up for hearing on 16.06.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, appeared before this Court and made a submission that he shall undertake to file the translated copies of the documents which are in Tamil language and hence, sought for an adjournment for a period of four weeks for the same. 2. This Court, upon considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, granted four weeks time, but on the condition that, if the petitioner fails to file the translated copies of the documents, on the next date of hearing, then the Writ Petition will be dismissed. 3. Today, the Writ petition is listed for hearing. No one appeared for the petitioner and upon perusal of the records, this Court infers that the translated copies of the documents which are in Tamil language, are also not filed before this Court. 4.
