Recording the same, this Court directed the Registry to remove the name of the learned counsel from the cause list and to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" by printing the names of the petitioners. 2.Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal" by printing the name of the second petitioner. 3.It is seen that the death of the first petitioner was recorded by this Court as early as on 19.12.2024. However, no steps have been taken till date to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner. 4.Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. In such circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
