No. 14137 of 2023, and consequently restore the said Writ Petition to file. 2. The main Writ Petition in W.P. No. 14137 of 2023, was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court vide order dated 02.06.2023. As there was a delay in preferring the restoration application, the petitioner filed W.M.P. No. 21044 of 2023 seeking to condone the delay of 12 days. The said application was allowed by this Court on 27.09.2023. Subsequent to the condonation of delay, the captioned petition was filed in the year 2023 itself to set aside the order dated 02.06.2023 which was dismissed for non prosecution. 3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. W.P. No. 14137 of 2023 is ordered to be restored to the file of this Court. The Registry is directed to list the main Writ Petition for hearing on 17.08.2026.
