First respondent has filed the counter-affidavit, inter alia, stating that as directed by this Court, inspection was conducted on 18.04.2023 and noticed certain deviations and therefore, notice under Section 56(1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.360 of 2023 Act, 1971 was issued. Aggrieved by the notice issued, private respondents in the writ petition had filed statutory appeal before the Government under Section 80A of the Act. 3. In view of the fact that action has already been initiated and the statutory appeal is pending, we find no disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
