The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of assessment order dated 08.04.2023 whereby respondent has raised demand of electricity charges of Rs. 2,53,75,511/- and compounding notice dated 08.04.2023 (Annexure P-10) whereby respondent has proprosed componding fee of Rs. 59,90,000/-. He is further seeking quashing of order dated 08.04.2023 whereby respondent has proposed to lodge FIR against him.
2. The petitioner has already deposited compounding fee.
