petitioner has been fal has no concern with the demise of father of the complainant. He argued that the petitioner was intentionally named in the FIR only on the basis of suspicion without any concrete evidence. He further argued in fact on between the petitioner and father of the complainant as the petitioner is running the business of commission agent. He further argued that there was a considerable amount outstanding against the complainant's fath petititoner was demanding from him but instead of paying the same, the complainant got registered another false FIR No.40 dated 26.04.2025 against the petitioner. Moreover, the dead body of the father of the complainant was rec own fields and it was a natural death as there was no sign of any kind of injury. He further submitted that with the intervention of the respectables, the matter was compromised between the parties and the same Moreover, the petitioner has clean antecedent as he is not involved in any other case and no recovery is to be effected from him. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has no concern with the demise of father of the complainant. He further argued that there was a considerable amount outstanding against the complainant's father Sawinder Singh, which the petititoner was demanding from him but instead of paying the same, the complainant got registered another false FIR No.40 dated 26.04.2025 against the petitioner. Moreover, the dead body of the father of the complainant was rec own fields and it was a natural death as there was no sign of any kind of injury.
