1 The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.233 dated 23.08.2022, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 506 and 34 IPC 1860, Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise.
