For Petitioner(s): M/s.Nilalni Claire for M/s.Agam Legal For Respondent(s): Mr.Balan Haridoss ORDER The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorar, calling for the records of the I Additional Labour Court Chennai in O.P.No.143 of 2021 and quash its Award dated 28.04.2023. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the Award of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 25888 of 2023 __________ Page2 of 3 Labour Court, dated 28.04.2023 passed in O.P.No.143 of 2021, the respondent- work-women was reinstated into service. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they are not insisting on any back-wages. However, the amount of Rs.50,000/- which was already deposited before the Labour Court, may be directed to be given to the respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner-Management is present and in the present scenario, since the respondent was already reinstated and not insisting on any other amount operated from the account and that already the amount is paid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of, and the amount of Rs.50,000/- which is in the deposit before the Labour Court, shall be given to the respondent-work- women, on an application being made by her. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
