He further contends that the petitioner has no concern with the said offence and the allegations levelled against him are vague. Learned counsel contends that attributed to the petitioner and the injury caused on the person of the complainant is attributed to co He further submits that the name of the petitioner has been roped in the present FIR only because of villa that even if the prosecution version is believed to be true, then also the only allegation levelled against the petitioner is that he had put parna around the neck of complainant and dragged him and, thus, no injury has been attribu No recovery is to be effected from the petitioner.
Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to join by the investigating agency.
