12. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. It is fairly contended in the bar that during pendency of the present Writ Petition at the instance of the Petitioners, Petitioners vide the judgment dtd.24.10.2025 in W.P.(C) No.7661 of 2020 & batch have been allowed the benefit of regularization and necessary direction has been issued to the Corporation in that regard.
4. It is however contended that such an order passed by this Court with the aforesaid batch of Writ Petitions is under challenge by some of the aggrieved persons in W.A. No.174 of 2026.
5. Mr. S.P. Pati, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 also contended that the Corporation has taken a conscious decision to challenge
the judgment passed on 24.10.2025 2025 in W.P.(C) No.7661 of 2020 & batch (Copy of the instruction provided by the Corporation so produced in Court be kept in record).

Considering the submissions made and the fact that during pendency of the present Writ Petition, Petitioners claim for regularization has been allowed vide judgment dtd.24.10.2025 in 2025 in W.P.(C) No.7661 of 2020 & batch, this Court is of the view that challenge made in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. This Court accordingly while disposing the Writ Petition, observes that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.7661 of 2020, till it attains finality in the eye of law, interim order passed by this Court in the present Writ Petition on 08.05.2023 shall continue.
7. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
