Learned counsel for the petitioner, while accepting the payment of outstanding amount, requests the Court for payment of the amount in ten instalments. Keeping in view the condition of the petitioner's establishment, the Court is inclined to grant payment of the amount of Rs.17,86,466/- in 10 equated instalments and if any one of the instalment is not paid, the respondent is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
