It is contended that in order dtd.10.04.2026 the name of the Petitioner has been wrongly typed as “Akshaya Kumar Das” in place of “Pradeep Kumar Choudhury”. Similarly the Opposite Parties have been wrongly described as “Union of India and Others” instead of “The State of Odisha & Ors.” 4.1. Considering the submission, the I.A stands allowed. In order dtd.10.04.2026, the cause title be corrected and read as “Pradeep Kumar Choudhury vs. “The State of Odisha & Ors.” in place of “Akshaya Kumar Das vs. Union of India and Others”. 4.2. In view of the order passed today, time for filing of the appeal is extended till 15.05.2026. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered”. 5. Accordingly, the I.A stands disposed of.
