He further contends that the petitioner has no concern with the said offence and the allegations levelled against her are vague. Learned counsel further contends neither the petitioner is the signatory to the alleg beneficiary of the alleged fraud. He further contends that there is not an iota of evidence to connect the petitioner with the said offence. Learned counsel contends that the only role attributed to the petitioner is that she was discussions/settlement meeting as a witness/mediator. contends that the money paid by the complainant was credited only in the account of co counsel contends that the present case is purely which has been given criminal colour. He has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by submitting that the offence committed by the petitioner is serious in nature. Adjourned to 07.04.2026.
