This is the first petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 143 dated 27.09.2023, registered under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120 Police Station City
