When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3. Since the present petition is to challenge the First Information Report and now after elaborate investigation final report was also filed, it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report, as there are averments to constitute the offence as per the First Information Report.
