Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the petitioner had approached this Court since offence under Section 110 had been mentioned in the FIR. He further contends that the matter had been committed to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar. He further refers to the order dated 14.01. Sessions Judge, Hisar as per which the offence under Section 110 BNS has been found to be non said offence. He further contends that the Trial Court. He submits that all other offences are bailable.
