Mr. Rohit Sharma, Advocate for Mr. Sunil Hooda, Advocate appears on behalf of the complainant and files his vakalatnama. The same is taken on record. He contends that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and that he would have no objection in case the concession of regular bail is granted to the petitioner. 4. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case and is in custody since 05.10.2025. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that the investigation in the case is already complete, however, trial is yet to commence. He, however, does not dispute the facts noticed above. 5. I have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the state as well as on behalf of the complainant and have gone through the documents appended along with the present petition. 6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances as noticed hereinabove, the period of custody already undergone by the petitioner, his clean antecedents and the fact that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute, I deem it appropriate to allow the present petition. The instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing requisite bail bond/surety bond to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned. 8. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not extend any threat and shall not influence any prosecution witnesses in any manner directly or indirectly. 9. The observation made hereinabove shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and the Trial Court shall decide the case on the basis of available material. 10.
