(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case bearing FIR No.92 dated s 109, 304, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Jhabal, District Tarn Taran.
Learned counsel for the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for investigation of the Learned State counsel on instructions, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and custodial interrogation is not required, the present petition is interim order dated 02.09.2025 is made absolute.
