Heard both sides. 2.The petitioner's grievance is that the pathway leading to his lands has been encroached by third parties. He gave a representation dated 18.05.2023 for removing the encroachment. Since it was not considered, this writ petition came to be filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act was already issued.
