When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before theAdditional District Court, Pattukottai, and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.335 of 2025 and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.
