No.21974 of 2023 ORDER This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.150 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the officer who is not below the rank of Inspector and direct him to investigate the same. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before theAdditional District Court, Pattukottai, and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.335 of 2025 and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3. Since the present petition is to withdraw the case in Crime No. 150 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the officer who is not below the rank of Inspector and direct him to 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP(MD). No.21974 of 2023 investigate the same and now, after elaborate investigation final report was also filed and the same was also taken on file in S.C.No.335 of 2025, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved.
