He was tried for the offence under Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 506(ii) IPC that he has committed sexual assault on the victim girl, aged about 17 years old. Though the petitioner has filed this petition on 15.06.2023, he has not prosecuted the case. In the meantime, the typed set of papers are made ready. 3.
