Learned counsel further states that the appeal being FAO No.2214 of 2023 filed by the mother of the deceased has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2026. In view thereof, the present appeal has since been rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
