Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.72 dated 03.12.2015 under Sections 307, 148 and 149 of IPC and Section 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar. In view of the order of even date passed in connected petition bearing No.CRM-M-68288 of 2025, whereby the petitioner has been ordered to surrender before the trial Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
