The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking interim regular bail for the petitioner for a period of 12 weeks in FIR No.551 dated 12.07.2025 under Sections 21(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar. Inference: The patient is an old case of Glaucoma Surgery done around 20 years back (as per patient). Keeping in view of above ophthalmological findings and VEP report, this seems to be an old pathology of left eye. As the IOP of both the eyes are under control, the patient should be kept on follow up in Glaucoma Clinic at Atal RIO, PGIMS, Rohtak where the treatment for Glaucoma is available. Sd/1
