He, however, is not in a position to dispute that the allegations are evidence and commercial transactions and that custodial interrogation o petitioners is not likely to lead to any fresh discovery of facts. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to in case bearing FIR No.04 dated s 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla. Learned counsel for the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner joined investigation and are no longer required for investigation of the Learned counsel for the complainant opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. He, however, is not in a position to dispute that the allegations are primarily evidence and commercial transactions and that custodial interrogation o petitioners is not likely to lead to any fresh discovery of facts. However, if required, the petitioners shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 482 (2) BNSS.
