0 123 Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No.0053 dated 10.05.2024 under Sections 336, 323 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 (and Section 27 added later on) of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-I), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 10.10.2024 (Annexure P-3). 2. As per report dated 17.09.2025 received from Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Zira, parties did not appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded.
