Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG for the applicants and Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Malemleima, learned counsel for respondent No. 1/writ petitioner. [2] On 26.03.2026 when WP(C) No. 1001 of 2022 and the connected matters were taken up, on the submission of Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, WP(C) No. 1104 of 2022 was closed as infructuous and the remaining matters were directed to be listed on 05.05.2026. Other matters are listed today as item Nos. 108 to 113 and at the request of learned counsel for the parties, it is fixed on 04.06.2026. [3] However, while disposing WP(C) No. 1104 of 2022 vide order dated 26.03.2026, inadvertently MC(WP(C) Nos. 217 of 2023 and 2 of 2023 were not closed and kept pending. Today, both these applications i.e. MC(WP(C) Nos. 217 of 2023 and 2 of 2023 are listed for closure as the main writ petition, i.e., WP(C) No. 1104 of 2022 had already been closed vide order dated 26.03.2026.
