DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Present appeal has been filed by the landowner against the award dated 14.07.2021 of the Reference Court, Gurugram, whereby the market value of the acquired land, as awarded by the Land Acquisi,on Collector was upheld and no enhancement was allowed. Necessary no,fica,on under Sec,on 4 of the Land Acquisi,on Act had been issued on 11.01.2005. Award No.24 dated 10.05.2006 was passed by the Collector. The market value was assessed @
12.5 lac per acre for all kinds of land. The acquired land is situated in village Mokalwas, Sub Tehsil Farrukh Nagar, Teshsil and District Gurugram. 2. Today, it has been brought to the no,ce by learned State counsel that various other landowners, had also filed separate appeals before this Court and all those appeals have been dismissed by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.12.2022 in a lead case bearing RFA No.2618 of 2021, ,tled as “Shan Devi and others v. State of Haryana and others”. 3. It is not disputed by learned counsel for the appellant that the present case is covered by the aforesaid decision dated 08.12.2022, though learned counsel submits that SLP filed by the landowners is pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court. Be that as it may, once the appeals of the other landowners, out of the same acquisi,on have been dismissed, the present appeal is required to be decided on the basis of same decision i.e. 08.12.2022. 5.
