1 The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.70 dated 11.04.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190, 61(2) [Sections 118(2) and 304(2) added later on and Section 303(2) deleted later on] of , Police Station Kotwali Patiala, District Patiala, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
