The election of the Management of the respondent Society was for a period of three years and the said period has expired. In any event, the elections are conducted pursuant to the bye laws of the Society and not under the Statutory provisions contained in the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act, 1975. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. 4. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 5.
