According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, his mother, who is the wife of the respondent herein filed M.C.No.57 of 2007 on behalf of the minor children/petitioner seeking maintenance and the same was allowed on 11.08.2014. From the date of award till date, the respondent did not pay any amount to the petitioner. Hence, she filed Crl.MP.No.45 of 2020 seeking recovery of arrears of maintenance. However, the same is pending without any progress for the past 6 years. Hence, this petition. 3.
