When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, as 'Undeducted', regarding which RCS notice was also served. On receipt of the same, the defacto complainant appeared before the Court and raised objection to closure of the case as 'Undeducted'.
