When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi and the same was taken on file in CC No.1581 of 2025 and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.
