Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 placed before this Court a copy of the communication dated 03.03.2026 sent by the second respondent to the Government Pleader communicating that the impugned proceedings of the first respondent dated 09.03.2023 has been subsequently cancelled by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Pani3(1)/19010/354/2022, dated 10.11.2023. 3. In the light of the above, learned counsel on either side agree that the cause in this writ petition does not survive any more. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
