It has present FIR only on the basis of forged allot 72453-2025 As per allegations, the petitioner in collusion with one Parveen Saharan and Karambir Singh (since deceased) had cheated the complainant by letter/possession letter of a plot after receiving Rs.3,21,048/ Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further contends that the complainant had filed against Swadesh Boora @ Sudesh Boora, Samunder Boora, Jagbir Poonia and Krishna Bhagana and there were specific allegations of committing fraud against them but police in collusion with them have exonerated them and lodged FIR against the petitioner and one another person. He further contends that no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner and he has no concern with the said incident. It has also been contended that the petitioner has been roped in the present FIR only on the basis of by co-accused Parveen Saharan. Apart from the affidavit, there is no other evidence to connect the petitioner with the offence in question. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedents. Learned counsel furthe is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the investigating agency. On the other hand, learned State counsel while referring to the status report, has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail, by submitting that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are serious in nature. He has further submitted that the petitioner, in connivance with co Parveen Saharan, had cheated the complainant by preparing a forged allotment letter/possession letter and received an amount of Rs.3,21,048/- However, he has admitted the fact that the petitioner is not involved in any other case.
