I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking condonation of delay in representing the Second Appeal papers and have also heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. The reasons stated for the delay in representing the Second Appeal, appear to be satisfactory and acceptable. Hence, I am inclined to condone the delay. 4.
