of the main case i.e.CR-4277-2023; application No.CM-25710-CII-2025 has been filed for preponement of the main case i.e.CR-6015-2024. It has been jointly submitted that the main revision petitions in both the cases be preponed for today. Accordingly, revision petitions are preponed and taken on board today itself. Applications stand allowed accordingly. Main cases
1. The present order would dispose of two revision petitions, both filed by plaintiff-Savita Malhotra. In CR-4277-2023, challenge is to the order dated 12.10.2022 whereby respondent No.1 has been permitted to file written statement in a suit filed by the petitioner under Order 37 CPC. Challenge in the second revision petition i.e.CR-6015-2024 is to the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Chandigarh granting unconditional leave to defend to respondent No.1/defendant No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that during the pendency of the present revision petitions, the defendant No.1 after having been granted leave to defend, has filed the written statement and the issues have also been framed, and the case is now listed for the evidence of petitioner/plaintiff. It is submitted that in the said circumstances, the present petitions be disposed of with a request to the trial Court to decide the case in a time-bound manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the counsel for the petitioner appearing before the trial Court would fully assist the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the suit.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances and the fair stand taken by the counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the respondents, the present revision petitions are disposed of, while upholding the impugned orders, with a request to the trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
5. Counsel for all the parties appearing before the trial Court would fully assist the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the suit.
6. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
