The instant writ petition challenges the award dated 28.03.2022 (Annexure P-11), passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Ludhiana, whereby the petitioner has been granted only the relief of subsistence/ suspension allowance w.e.f. three months after the date of suspension, i.e. 04.10.2013, in terms of the Service Rules/Regulations of the respondents No.2 and 3- Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, until the passing of any order on the pending enquiry. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the instant writ petition, as the impugned award has already been duly implemented.
