No. 18566/2022/Y.8 dated 19.1.2023 in respect of house site bearing Survey Nos. No. 170/3A, 177/1A, 177/3 situate in Alamelupuram Village Samathuvapuram, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the representation made by the petitioner Association on 8.3.2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 21085 of 2023 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the free house site has been allotted to the respondents 4 to 41. The grievance of the petitioner is that already those respondents owns land and several persons are doing business and thereby getting amount. Accordingly they are not eligible for the allotment of free house site. The Authorities without verifying the records has allotted the free house site patta for the non-eligible persons. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 08.03.2023 seeking to remove the respondents 4 to 41 as mentioned in the proceeding issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No. 18566/2022/Y.8 dated 19.1.2023 in respect of house site bearing Survey Nos. No. 170/3A, 177/1A, 177/3 situate in Alamelupuram Village Samathuvapuram, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District. Since the said representation was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that it appears to be a public interest litigation.
