He further submitted that the petitioner was neither present at the spot when the present FIR was registered, nor has any concern with the said witness to the present occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the petitioner was neither present at the spot when the present FIR was registered, nor has any concern with the said incident. He further submitted that there is no eye witness to the present occurrence. He argued that earlier, the petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridkot, vide order dated 31.12.2025 and he was directed to join investigation within 07 days.
