In this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to pay fair compensation for the land acquired in Survey Nos. 25/1 and Survey No. 25/3, Panruti Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District measuring an extent of 76 Cents. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3.
