In this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to pay fair compensation for the land acquired in Survey Nos. 25/1 and Survey No. 25/3, Panruti Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District measuring an extent of 76 Cents. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2022 and after issuing due notice to the petitioner, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
