After submitting for a brief while, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner would submit that they may be granted liberty to challenge the proceedings order dated 11.12.2023 in the manner known to law. 3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy before the appropriate authority, if any available. If any such remedy/appeal is availed/filed, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed by the Authority on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such appeal.
