The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed an online application, requesting the respondents 1 & 2 to effect sub division of the land measuring 1.54 acres comprised in S.No. 395/1A Amani Kadayampatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem district and issue separate patta to the petitioners as per the Compromise decree dated 11.9.2021 passed in O.s. No. 132 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Omalur. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's application will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 4 weeks. 4.
